Noni is an immigrant from Thindigua, a metro of Nairobi, Kenya. She founded Noni's home of samosas in 2012 in Southside Birmingham, Alabama, U.S.A. It's returned the ultimate taste on wheels now. The talk about those "TRIANGLES" (SAMOSAS) will remind you to come back for the scrumptious "Slap Noni Sauce." Scratch-made East African dishes are what Noni learned as a teenager. Her experience translates into savoury, grilled, fried, boiled and sauteed items that leave an impression on you. Food is a connector of people and can evoke good emotions on a bad day.
